Frank Kopczynski was the host of the Criminal Justice Forum radio show for five years and has worked with people in the criminal justice system for more than 22 years. He and his wife of 47 years, Mary Jo, own and manage successful bail bond agencies in Pinellas and Pasco Counties.
He is also the sole provider of SCRAM alcohol monitors in Pinellas County. For twenty years prior to launching his business, Frank worked in health care administration. His specialty was rescuing troubled facilities.
Frank has served on former Governor Bush’s Ex-offender Task Force and currently serves on the Department of Corrections Re-entry Council.
He is also a member of the Domestic Violence Task Force in Pinellas County and has been the chair of the Pinellas County Ex-offender Re-entry Coalition (PERC) for the past ten years.
He is also an active supporter of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) the Pinellas Sexual Assault Coalition, the Victim Advocate Coalition and Families Against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM).
He has a B.S. in Management from Indiana University Bloomington Indiana and a Masters in Health Care Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis Campus.
